Our Hotel is located in the center of Bocca di Magra and offers a splendid view of the sea and the Apuan Alps whitened by marble.
This location is particularly peaceful and quiet even in the summer, as the street the Hotel overlooks is part of the pedestrian zone.

Hotel in the Liguria Region in the Riviera di Levante

Our Sette Archi Hotel has 24 rooms, all with private facilities, TV, telephone, hairdryer, air conditioning and WI FI. Some rooms have large balconies with sea view. The rooms facing the poolside enjoy an equally pleasant panorama and are even quieter. In all our rooms smoking is prohibited. In the garden you will find our salt water swimming pool and a large space surrounded by greenery, suitable for sunbathing; we remind you that your four-legged friends are always welcome here. You may spend moments of true relaxation in our Hotel: qualified operators will take care of you with anti-stress massages, crystal techniques and meditation on the move by the pool and in the water. Feel free to contact our Hotel Staff at the Reception Desk, open from 9 to 20, to book our beauty treatments. In front of our Hotel there is a small equipped port with the possibility of mooring for boats of all sizes.

From 2019 we offer all our customers the chance to sail away with one of our private boats, take unforgettable trips along the coast, stop by numerous deserted beaches, navigate along the Magra river and enjoy bird watching too. At just 100 meters from the Sette Archi Hotel you will find an equipped beach and a free one too. There is also the possibility of using a ferry service that takes you directly to the free beach of Punta Corvo, classified by Legambiente as one of the twenty most beautiful beaches in Italy. Our Hotel does not come with a private parking but nearby there is the municipal parking, a paying car park in the summer months.

❝ This Hotel was built by my grandparents Rinaldo and Jolanda Bibolini during the years 1952-53 over the site of a bombed house. Initially my grandmother commissioned 4 apartments and began to rent them out to people who came to this village, which at the time could not be served by any road, to enjoy the seaside. Upon noticing that Bocca di Magra was beginning to attract more and more people, she transformed those apartments into rooms that, in a few years’ time, added up to a total of 25. Our clientele was Italian but we had many foreigners too, especially Germans and British, who spent their holidays "in Bocca". My grandmother took care of the general business while my grandfather was an excellent chef. They both managed the Hotel until 1966, the year of my grandfather’s death, and then my grandmother decided to run the business herself while my parents took care of something else entirely. Sette Archi was managed by several different directors until 1997, that’s when, together with my mom and my brothers too, we decided to gain it back. There was so much work to be done, starting from the foundations, but without being discouraged and in just two years’ time, we managed to restore it completely to its former glory and started to manage it successfully.
We opened for business on Easter 1998 not even knowing how to make a simple cappuccino!
Year after year we have continued to restore the premises and add embellishments in order to make the structure increasingly comfortable and welcoming. In 2011 our swimming pool was inaugurated too, located right in the middle of the garden. We have devoted a lot of time and care to our cuisine and decided to open our Restaurant even to external guests. Today this very Restaurant is called the Archetto and it’s managed, I would say successfully, by my husband Alberto. We have employed many people. We have hosted many people, some of whom have become friends.
This season of 2020 will be my 23st season.❞
